"Dear Mike & Janet:

I wanted to, again thank you both for the great work you have done to sell my house at 904 Greystone Drive, in West Chester, PA. My entire family is grateful for your efforts. You have made a true positive impact on our lives.

I also am writing to provide this unsolicited endorsement. I would hope that you will let other clients know about our recommendation. Not only would we recommend you and Janet to all our friends and family, but should any of your future clients wish to contact me, I would be pleased to speak to them and relate how please we were with your services.

For the benefit of any of your clients they should know that:

1. My house went on the market in October of 2007. At that time, we were unaware of you and as a result, we hired a different a different agent. We stayed with that agent until we hired you and Janet in July of 2008.

2. I did a lot of research on the Internet and narrowed my search down to 5 agent. There were three main reason which lead us to hire you:

a. Responsiveness: You were on the phone with me immediately, you went to see my house that same day and then you were able to provide me with your plan for selling my house that same day. This type of immediate personal service was always evident!

b. Alignment: You and I were clearly in alignment on our thinking. I don’t know why, but the prior agent and I never clicked. It was very clear to me that you were able to listen to my situation and then came back with a sales plan that would help me sell my house in a tough market, in a timely manner and in a way that would work for me and my family. This was critical, as at this point in time, my family and I had moved to Atlanta and could provide you no real assistance.

c. Results Driven: We were paying two mortgages. You clearly understood that we needed to sell the house quickly, but we did not want to take a loss.

3. You DELIVERED!! Within a short period of time you generated huge traffic through the house and eventually that lead to a very nice offer and we closed. The process was seamless and you and Janet handled everything. It could not have been easier.

4. My only regret is that I wish I found you sooner!!

5. Again anyone who wants a reputable, knowledgeable, professional real estate agent who can deliver results should hire Mike and Janet Aguilar.
